The OpEx Group is a certified small business joint venture partnership formed between Dynamic Pro, Inc. (DPI) and Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA)—two companies possessing extensive experience supporting local, state, regional, and federal organizations in the health, safety, defense, and security domains.
